Parts Advisor – Seasonal Full-Time
Location: Whitehorse, YT
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including weekends as required)
We are currently seeking a Seasonal, Full-Time Parts Advisor to join our team at our Whitehorse, Yukon dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, is mechanically inclined, and has a passion for the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with parts-related questions and inquiries
Ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of parts orders
Following up on backorders by coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers
Merchandising and organizing new parts displays
Checking and maintaining inventory location codes
Scheduling customer appointments
Creating work orders from phone and in-person requests
Providing estimates and quoting repair work
Completing other duties as assigned by the Manager
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have strong customer service skills
Be mechanically inclined
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Have retail parts and inventory experience (an asset)
Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Be available to work weekends
