Your role:

Reporting to the Parts & Accessories Distribution Manager, the Parts & Accessories Distribution Specialist is the primary point of contact for Dealers and field team members across the US, Canada and Mexico on day-to-day parts and accessories questions. This role keeps parts and accessories moving smoothly for our retail partners and field team by providing timely and accurate support and helping resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dealers and field team members, answering day-to-day parts and accessories questions
  • Handle Dealer support tickets, including ETA requests, all parts related questions and other regional needs
  • Act as the main liaison between Dealers, field teams, global aftersales HQ including parts technical and engineering teams
  • Handle custom duty invoice processing, PO creation and good receipting in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Lead and support all aftersales parts related activities, such as accessory and sales initiative planning and allocation
  • Support process improvement initiatives that streamline day-to-day operations for the Americas team
  • Directly answer and respond to all Dealer parts support tickets within the Parts Ticketing system, within 24 to 48 business hours
  • Assist Dealers with the efficient processing of return and damage claims to ensure smooth invoicing and payments
  • Help track and report on key support metrics, such as ticket volume, response time and common issues, to inform process improvement
  • Support with parts demand planning and PDC inventory tasks as needed
  • Support cross functional programs and ad hoc projects, such as the New Vehicle Sales accessory program, Stock Accrual Parts Return program, aftersales activities with fleet sales
  • Flag root cause issues and recurring problems to help inform broader process improvements
  • Support Dealer Parts Performance tracking and reporting

What we are looking for:

  • 5 to 7 years of parts experience
  • Experience in automotive aftersales, parts operations or a customer facing support role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort supporting both internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear and responsive communicator across phone, email and chat
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with systems and ticketing tools, such as SAP
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, field facing support environment
  • Occasional travel throughout the Americas region may be required
