We’re looking for a Partnership Specialist to join our Partnerships & Licensing team during an exciting and intense phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in bringing high-profile partnerships to life, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly from signature to launch.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, project management, and making sure ambitious collaborations are delivered on time and at the highest quality bar.
·Coordinate the execution of licensing and brand partnerships once deals are signed.
·Act as a bridge between studios, marketing, production, and external partners.
·Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple projects.
·Support marketing rollouts, including asset planning, validation, and launch coordination.
·Track partnership performance and contribute to internal reporting.
·Support additional partnership, licensing, and transmedia initiatives across our portfolio.
·You have initial experience (or strong internships) in partnerships, licensing, project management, or related fields. tied to entertainment and/or large consumer brands.
·You are highly organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple internal / external stakeholders and timelines.
·You are perfectly fluent in French and have excellent professional English.
·You are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy getting things done.
·You have a strong interest in video games and are curious about brand collaborations and licensing within the entertainment industry.
·You can work on-site in Paris at least 3 days per week.
·You are able to travel in France and abroad for business purposes tied to the licensing and partnership projects.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on high-visibility partnerships in a creative, international environment. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, studios, and world-class partners, while having real ownership over execution and delivery.
