Job Description

Team Intro

The Monetization Product Partnerships team sits at the intersection of technology, advertising, and business growth. We build and scale the partner ecosystem that enables businesses to thrive on TikTok — spanning AI, campaign management, commerce, data & measurement, and content & community management.

Our culture mirrors that of a high-performing fast-paced: entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and always looking around the corner for what's next. Partnerships are a critical lever for scaling how TikTok users discover and interact with brands across the region.

We are looking for a partnerships operations manager to drive performance visibility and operational excellence across our product partnerships ecosystem. You will work at the heart of TikTok's cross-functional teams, owning the data cadence that keeps the team accountable to its goals and turning that data into insight that shapes how we grow our partnerships. Your work will directly enable TikTok and its partners to deliver innovative, integrated experiences to our global community.

Responsibilities

  • Own the team's recurring data cadence, extracting, validating, and publishing the performance data that the team and its leadership rely on to track progress against targets.
  • Monitor partner and vertical performance against goals, proactively identifying gaps, anomalies, and emerging risks, and surfacing them to the relevant business owners with a clear point of view on root cause.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support performance improvement initiatives, translating raw data into actionable recommendations for business development and partnerships stakeholders.
  • Track progress and outcomes of global partnerships programs across multiple verticals such as Messaging and Commerce, building the reporting views that make performance legible to leadership.
  • Own the budget and resource allocation processes for the Product Partnerships team, working with Finance to submit and track partner budgets, ensure compliance with internal guidelines, and refine SOPs for seamless team operations.
  • Support partner lifecycle operations end to end, working with business development on the operational feasibility of new onboardings, and ensuring all partner leads are accurately captured and effectively tracked within the system.

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, or Business Operations within the technology, SaaS, or digital advertising sectors.
  • Experience analyzing large volumes of data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps, and to ensure accurate allocation of resources to partners.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in interpreting performance data. You can move from "what the numbers say" to "what we should do about it" and defend that view with stakeholders.
  • Track record of owning recurring reporting independently, from data extraction through to a published output leadership can act on. Familiarity with our internal reporting tooling can be trained; the ability to structure a question and interrogate the data behind it cannot.
  • Strong project management, communication skills with a track record of driving programs that require internal and external coordination across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to support the China Outbound business within APAC and to collaborate directly with both internal and external stakeholders based in China, ensuring smooth coordination across regional and global teams.

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages is a strong plus.
  • Experience tracking operational expenditure and reconciliation, with an understanding of how to justify spending to Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Able to work in ambiguity during early stages of partnerships, being able to set up foundations for operational excellence in the future.
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering high-stakes programs to an organization, showcasing operational rigour.
