You will be part of a high performing Partnerships and Placements team, working with local authorities nationally to deliver ambitious targets across multiple programmes. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective functioning of the team, contributing to strategic priorities and programme outcomes through a wide range of projects and operational activities.
The role involves supporting partnership and participant management, leading projects to improve ways of working, undertaking applicant calls, managing programme communications, and providing ad hoc operational support both internally and externally. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will need to be adaptable, collaborative and willing to work across priorities to achieve the best results for our programmes.
We are looking for someone with strong project management and organisational skills who can build positive relationships and communicate confidently and inclusively with a range of stakeholders. With a high level of autonomy, the role requires someone who is proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will be comfortable using your initiative to solve problems, contribute to team objectives and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do.

Frontline is England’s largest social work charity. Everything we do aims to make life better for children who need a social worker, to help keep them safe from harm and to give them every possible chance to fulfil their potential.
This is why, through our Frontline programme, we’re recruiting and teaching a new, diverse generation of social workers specialising in child protection.
And why, through our leadership programmes we’re working with sector leaders to develop their leadership skills and create environments that allows social workers to thrive.
Through our Fellowship (alumni network), we’re inspiring our social workers to turn their insight into innovations and advocate for children and families.
And we’re challenging what people think about social work and social workers so people can see just how vital and transformational this work is.
At Frontline, we are improving social work today to change the lives of children and families tomorrow. Social change takes social work. Children and families depend on it.
