We’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Specialist to deliver integrated, insight‑led marketing activity across Lifeblood’s Partnerships channels. You’ll be supporting acquisition, activation and long‑term partner engagement. With a strong focus on B2B demand generation, you’ll take vertical strategies, customer value propositions (CVPs) and program priorities and turn them into practical, multi‑channel marketing campaigns and partner‑facing communications. You’ll help extend national campaigns into partnership contexts, coordinate marketing assets across channels, and ensure all activity is consistent, compliant and effective.
Key responsibilities
Execute multi‑channel B2B demand‑generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, associations)
Translate CVPs and vertical strategies into actionable marketing plans and assets
Adapt national campaigns (e.g. IPAW, Christmas, NBDW) into partnership and industry contexts
Coordinate creative briefs, approvals and asset delivery across Brand, Studio and Digital teams
Deliver marketing and communication assets that support partner acquisition, onboarding and retention
Support development of partner toolkits, onboarding packs and vertical content
Work closely with Partnerships teams to activate opportunities and meet business needs
Contribute to campaign reporting, performance insights and optimisation
Ensure all marketing activity meets brand, compliance and quality standards

Segmentation, industry targeting or campaign performance tracking
Supporting partner events, activations or marketing enablement
Exposure to B2B or partnership marketing environments
Confidence managing creative workflows, approvals and competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams
