Discover life-giving possibilities

Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.

About the role

Are you a strategic marketer who thrives on turning purpose into action at scale? Do you love building programs that mobilise people, partners and brands for real community impact? This is a rare opportunity to lead a nationally significant giving and engagement program with measurable social outcomes

This role provides strategic oversight and leadership of our group donation strategy and program marketing for Lifeblood Teams, a core pillar of our CSR and community engagement agenda. You’ll own the end-to-end success of the program: from strategy and evaluation, to campaign execution, digitisation and stakeholder engagement. With a national footprint and high visibility, this role plays a critical part in growing participation, strengthening partnerships, and delivering meaningful impact for the community.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy & Growth: Lead the group donation strategy and program marketing roadmap to grow Lifeblood Teams participation and impact, using insights and evaluation to continuously optimise performance.
  • Program Marketing & Execution: Deliver national marketing programs and campaigns, including National Blood Drives. Optimise and digitise the end-to-end group donation experience, and manage national collateral, communications and go-to-market activity.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Partnerships leadership to plan the annual activity calendar. Build strong relationships across internal teams and external suppliers, providing clear guidance and tools to enable effective engagement.

  • Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end delivery of national programs and campaigns, ensuring quality execution, timelines, outcomes and accountability for partnership growth

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working within a similar marketing or partnerships role with strong capability in program marketing, campaign delivery and evaluation.
  • Experience delivering a suite of varied projects
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to work in a high-pressure environment to meet organisational outcomes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Strong communication abilities: presentation, written and interpersonal
  • Proven experience in facilitation, coordination and liaison

Wellbeing & Benefits

We place our employee's well-being at the forefront and express gratitude and care for one another. As an Australian Workplace Equality Index recognised employer and one of Australia’s menopause-friendly organisations, we celebrate diversity and support all our people.

In addition to being a part of an organisation that is the heartbeat of the Nation, you will have access to the following:

  • Ability to purchase additional annual leave
  • Access to salary packaging with an option to package up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment
  • 14 weeks paid parental leave - no waiting period for either parent
