About the role
Are you a strategic marketer who thrives on turning purpose into action at scale? Do you love building programs that mobilise people, partners and brands for real community impact? This is a rare opportunity to lead a nationally significant giving and engagement program with measurable social outcomes
This role provides strategic oversight and leadership of our group donation strategy and program marketing for Lifeblood Teams, a core pillar of our CSR and community engagement agenda. You’ll own the end-to-end success of the program: from strategy and evaluation, to campaign execution, digitisation and stakeholder engagement. With a national footprint and high visibility, this role plays a critical part in growing participation, strengthening partnerships, and delivering meaningful impact for the community.
What you’ll do:
Program Marketing & Execution: Deliver national marketing programs and campaigns, including National Blood Drives. Optimise and digitise the end-to-end group donation experience, and manage national collateral, communications and go-to-market activity.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with Partnerships leadership to plan the annual activity calendar. Build strong relationships across internal teams and external suppliers, providing clear guidance and tools to enable effective engagement.
Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end delivery of national programs and campaigns, ensuring quality execution, timelines, outcomes and accountability for partnership growth
