This role will partner with strategic brands and sellers on the platform to grow their business on eBay through our portfolio of eBay services. You will identify, onboard and scale seller accounts leveraging various solutions to meet their goals. You will partner cross-functionally with Strategic Seller Development, Category Management and Business Development while becoming an expert within Parts & Accessories to drive ad revenue, GMV and seller satisfaction on the eBay platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships in order to execute revenue driving go-to-market strategies across a targeted P&A book of business.
Collaborate with Seller Development and category teams to understand category goals, product roadmaps, promotional calendars, and seller targets.
Develop seller success playbooks to drive advertising adoption and improve overall seller performance and sentiment.
Provide insights and recommendations to Product and Engineering on category-specific ad enhancements.
Monitor overall program performance and advertising adoption across an assigned book of business.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, or digital advertising. P&A experience is a plus.
Proven leadership and team management experience with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate independently while leading in a fast-paced, creative, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset.
Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and operational rigor.
Innovative, solution-oriented problem solver with a bias toward action.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$86,800 - $150,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
