
Partnerships Manager – Membership & Heritage Organisations (12m FTC)
Location: Fleet Street, London, UK (Hybrid, 1-2 days in the office per month)
British Newspaper Archive, part of the DC Thomson media and publishing company, is recruiting for an experienced Partnerships Manager with a focus on membership and heritage organisations to join our team in our London office on a 12-month fixed term basis.
The Partnerships Manager accelerates subscriber growth and sustainable revenue across British Newspaper Archive and FindMyPast by unlocking new commercial value through strategic partnerships with membership and heritage organisations. They are accountable for building a scalable, repeatable partnerships channel that drives measurable commercial outcomes—acquisition, engagement and retention—while expanding market reach across underpenetrated membership ecosystems.
This role brings a disciplined, data-led and commercially focused approach to partnership development, ensuring that opportunities are prioritised based on value creation, aligned to strategic growth priorities, and executed in a way that strengthens long-term market position and customer lifetime value.
