This remote role supports ATCC's commercial strategy, scientific mission, and growth priorities through business development, strategic partnerships, and related activities. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Science, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders, the Partnerships Manager identifies, evaluates, and advances partnership and growth opportunities while supporting diligence, valuation, negotiations, governance, and implementation activities.
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager, ideally with business development or strategic partnerships experience and experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, technology, academic, or research environments. The expected salary range for this position is $125,000-$165,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
