We are looking for a relationship-driven professional to manage and grow strategic partner networks across assigned territories. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, enabling, and nurturing financial advisory partners while driving business growth through strong stakeholder engagement and consultative selling. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at building long-term professional relationships that create mutual value.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of partner accounts, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and onboard new partners such as financial advisors, wealth managers, consultants, and other distribution channels.
- Present and position the company’s solutions as value-added offerings that help partners strengthen client relationships and expand their service portfolio.
- Generate business opportunities by converting both cold and warm leads into active, revenue-generating partnerships.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with partners to review performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Organize partner training sessions, workshops, client awareness programs, and co-branded engagement initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, referral activity, conversions, and revenue contribution to ensure sustained engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and support requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and improve overall satisfaction.
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and partner requirements to support business strategy and product enhancements.
