WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Own and execute WorldFirst's EMEA Marketplace & ERP partnerships strategy, identifying the highest-impact partnership opportunities to drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and customer value.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with leading marketplaces, ERP providers, commerce platforms, and ecosystem partners across EMEA, acting as WorldFirst's primary commercial contact.
• Identify, negotiate, and launch new partnership opportunities, developing commercial frameworks and joint business plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional leadership to develop go-to-market initiatives, improve partner integrations, and drive adoption of WorldFirst solutions.
• Monitor partnership performance through pipeline, revenue, customer adoption, and engagement metrics, using data and market insights to optimise strategy and investment.
• Represent WorldFirst externally at partner meetings, industry events, and executive engagements, strengthening our position within the EMEA eCommerce ecosystem.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO BRING

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, marketplace partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, eCommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, or product adoption.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA eCommerce ecosystem, including online marketplaces, ERP providers, commerce platforms, and merchant operating models.
• Excellent commercial acumen with experience negotiating partnership agreements, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing executive-level relationships.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver complex partnership initiatives.
• Highly analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
