Job Puropose:
Support the delivery of Gathern's partnership & sponsorship strategy by managing projects, coordinating internal stakeholders, and executing initiatives that create measurable business value.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional partnership projects
- Develop and execute partnership initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Identify and secure partnership opportunities
- Negotiate partnership agreements and support contract execution
- Oversee partnership activation plans and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders
- Align partnership initiatives with marketing campaigns and business priorities
- Measure partnership performance and prepare impact reports
- Manage partnership budgets and monitor return on investment
- Ensure compliance with governance, contractual obligations, and brand standards

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in sponsorship or partnership roles
- Experience supporting partnership negotiations and contract execution.
- Experience delivering partnership activations and managing partner relationships.
- Experience tracking partnership performance and preparing reports is preferred.
