At Factorial, we’re looking for a Global Expansion Manager to build and lead our international expansion from the ground up.

This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll define how Factorial launches, scales, and wins in new countries. You’ll be responsible for creating the expansion playbook, building the right teams, and ensuring we can reliably go from 0 to 1 in new markets through a partner-led go-to-market motion

Country Managers will report directly to you, and you’ll work closely with another Global Expansion Director who is scaling markets already launched. Together, you’ll shape how Factorial grows globally: fast, consistently, and with impact.

About the role 🚀

As the Global Expansion Manager, you will:

  • Own the global expansion strategy & execution: Define, run, and continuously improve the playbook to successfully launch new countries, from market entry to early traction.

  • Build and lead the Expansion team: Hire, onboard, and manage Country Managers across new regions, setting clear expectations, goals, and ways of working.

  • Scale a partner-led GTM motion: Design and standardise how we identify, recruit, enable, and grow partners in new markets… ensuring consistency without losing local relevance!

  • Act as the backbone of new market launches: Support Country Managers in defining GTM strategy, prioritising actions, and solving early-stage challenges in-market.

  • Drive alignment with Product & Localization: Collect structured market insights and translate local needs into clear product, compliance, and localisation priorities.

  • Ensure repeatability & scalability: Turn learnings from each launch into processes, documentation, and best practices to make the next launch faster and better.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Leadership to ensure alignment and execution at scale.

  • Lay the foundations for long-term growth: Help define what “success” looks like in a new market and prepare the ground for future team expansion and maturity.

Your Profile

In a few words: we’re looking for an entrepreneurial builder → Someone who loves opening new markets, building teams, and turning ambiguity into structure.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, GTM, Sales, Partnerships, Management Consulting, or International Expansion roles.

  • Proven experience launching new markets from scratch and scaling them successfully.

  • Strong background in partner-led or channel GTM models

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading teams, ideally in international or high-growth environments.

  • Strategic & hands-on comfortable setting direction while staying close to execution.

  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to align senior leaders and local teams.

  • Expert in English; additional languages are a strong plus.

  • Experience in HR tech or scaling SaaS products internationally.
