We’re looking for a Partnerships Enablement Lead to help equip our Partnerships Accounts teams with clear ways of working, practical resources and the skills they need to prospect, engage and convert workplace and organisational partners effectively.
You’ll focus on capability uplift, enablement and process optimisation; designing playbooks, tools, and workflows that remove friction and create consistency across the partnership lifecycle.
Working in close collaboration with leadership and frontline teams, you’ll identify skill gaps, observe how work gets done, and translate insights into practical solutions that lift productivity, strengthen conversion and improve partner experience.
Key responsibilities
Design and deliver enablement materials including playbooks, templates, SOPs and coaching guides
Support leaders to assess skills, identify capability gaps and embed bestpractice behaviours for Accounts teams
Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning experiences to reduce time‑to‑competency
Map and optimise end‑to‑end partnership and account management workflows
Remove friction by standardising processes and improving system‑supported ways of working
Translate operational pain points into practical, adoptable solutions
Facilitate coaching and change activities to drive adoption
Track uptake and effectiveness of enablement initiatives and continuously improve them
Partner cross‑functionally to ensure enablement aligns to tools, systems and strategy

Experience designing and delivering practical sales enablement solutions that drive real behaviour change
Strong skills in sales process mapping, optimisation and workflow design
Ability to coach, influence and engage sales teams in adopting new ways of working
Confidence translating insights into clear, scalable tools and recommendations
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
