About the role

We're looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Customer Experience & Growth team and play a key role supporting workplace and strategic partnership programs across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating moving parts and providing exceptional support to stakeholders.

You'll work closely with Account Managers, workplace partners, donor centre teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate communications, manage data, support events and ensure key activities run smoothly. You'll be the person who keeps things organised, follows through on commitments and helps turn partnership opportunities into meaningful outcomes for Lifeblood and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Partnerships team.
• Coordinate workplace partner communications, bookings, onboarding materials and engagement activities.
• Track and maintain key performance data including workplace acquisition, donor registrations, group bookings and workplace penetration targets.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, onboarding packs and partnership collateral.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure information is current, consistent and well managed.
• Coordinate information and follow-up activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling, stakeholder meetings, team activities and logistics.
• Support reporting, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong internal relationships and act as a reliable point of contact for enquiries and requests.

• Experience providing administration, coordination or team support in a busy environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with confidence communicating via phone, Teams, email and face-to-face.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• The ability to manage data, documents, schedules and communications with accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
