Join cape group as our Partnerships Coordinator and help strengthen existing customer relationships, identify opportunities for additional growth and maximise the value of every partnership. You’ll work with customers and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly, resolve issues and support meaningful outcomes.
cape group is a not-for-profit registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability across Melbourne's eastern and northern suburbs. We were formed in April 2025 through the merger of Nadrasca and Brite, bringing together more than 120 years of combined experience. Nepean Centre joined us in June 2026. Monkami Centre joined in July 2026.

The Partnerships Coordinator manages existing customer relationships, identifies opportunities for additional growth and helps maximise account potential. As the primary point of contact for active customers, you will coordinate day-to-day account activities, conduct regular reviews, ensure orders and updates are processed accurately, and deliver exceptional service. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Production Coordinators and other internal stakeholders, you will support smooth project delivery, resolve account-related issues, maintain comprehensive customer records, and prepare reports that track performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Based across our Broadmeadows and Nunawading sites, this role offers flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours and remote working opportunities

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
