Key Responsibilities

Managing Business Delivery and Results Core

  • Manage and triage all enquiries received through the Retail Hires inbox.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Partner enquiries received via our 1800 assistance line
  • Coordinate replacement vehicle requests with customers, dealerships, Compass branches and internal
  • Work closely with the branch network and our business partners to assist with vehicle deliveries, collections and transfers
  • Provide our business partners with updates regarding booking status and vehicle availability.
  • Monitor active bookings and follow up outstanding actions
  • Escalate customer complaints, service concerns and Partners enquiries to the Corporate Business Manager where required.
  • Support our Partners with general program assistance.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate where required
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer focused with a professional and positive approach
  • Strong administration and data entry skills.
  • Ability to manage enquiries in a timely manner and deliver a high standard of customer service.
