Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager specializing in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand market presence within the F&B and hospitality industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key players in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
- Develop strategic plans to expand partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle including negotiations, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
- Regularly report on partnership performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the F&B or hospitality industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
