Partnership Manager, AI Governance (Hybrid)

At Deeploy, we help organisations roll out AI they can trust. Many of our customers rely on consultancies to set up their AI governance, and those consultancies are often the first ones in the room when an enterprise starts the conversation. As our new Partnership Manager, you'll turn those partners into a growing source of revenue for Deeploy.

This is a commercial role for someone with an enterprise sales mindset. You'll build relationships with consultancies and system integrators, co-sell with them into enterprise accounts, and work closely with our account executives to win deals together. You'll be part of the GTM team, report directly to the COO, and work closely with sales, marketing and product. This role is hybrid, based in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Build the partner network: Grow a network of consultancies and system integrators that bring Deeploy into enterprise AI governance deals.
• Co-sell with partners: Plan target accounts, pitch and scope opportunities together, and drive deals to close alongside our account executives.
• Own the partner programme: Shape tiers, incentives and reporting, and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Equip partners to sell: Give partners the messaging, pitch materials and onboarding they need to position and sell Deeploy.
• Run joint events: Organise webinars and roundtables with partners and Marketing, and be on stage once you're ready. That is, by week 2 ;)
• Turn feedback into insight: Translate partner and market feedback into insights for sales and product.

Who we are looking for

Most partner managers manage relationships. You manage revenue. You know how enterprise deals get won through partners, and you can make a consultancy want to bring you into their next client conversation.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years in partnerships, alliances or enterprise sales in software (data, AI, security, GRC or similar), ideally selling with or through consultancies and system integrators
• A track record of co-selling complex enterprise deals together with partners and account executives
• Experience building or running a partner programme, including tiers, incentives and pipeline reporting
• Genuine interest in AI governance, risk and compliance, and the ability to explain its business value to executives and compliance stakeholders
• Strong ownership: you don't wait to be asked
• Fluency in English

Nice-to-Haves

• An existing network among European consultancies and system integrators
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act or frameworks such as ISO 42001
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced scale-up environment
• Another European language
