Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager to build, manage, and grow our strategic partner ecosystem. In this role, you will identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and foster long-term relationships that drive mutual business growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to develop partnerships that accelerate revenue, strengthen our market presence, and create value for our customers.

Key Missions

• Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new strategic partners across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements from inception to execution.
• Drive partner activation, engagement, and long-term success through structured account management.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue through partner channels.
• Partner with Marketing to develop co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, webinars, and joint content.
• Work closely with Product teams to communicate partner and customer feedback, helping shape future product development.
• Monitor partnership performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend initiatives to maximize impact.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Profile & Other Information

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Channel Management, or a similar client-facing commercial role.
• Experience in SaaS technology, digital platforms or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

Skills

• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with partnership models such as Referral, Reseller, Technology, Channel, and Strategic Alliances.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Languages

• Fluent English is required.
• Additional languages are considered an asset.
