As a Senior Manager in Partnership Law, you will provide strategic legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the firm's success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to drive project success. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrate composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations will be key to resolving issues and enhancing team effectiveness. Responsibilities

- Providing strategic legal advice and support on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance
- Navigating complex legal frameworks to maintain compliance and minimize legal risks for internal stakeholders and clients
- Leading the development and implementation of legal strategies to support business objectives across various industries
- Managing and directing teams through challenging and uncertain situations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that effectively communicate legal insights and recommendations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying legal problems and opportunities, and acting on feedback to improve outcomes
- Overseeing contract negotiation processes and confirming alignment with corporate finance and structuring goals
- Organizing and managing legal documents to support corporate transactions and organizational restructuring
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective legal project management and strategy execution
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams and enhance professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a LLB or LLM
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
