We help companies automate their HR processes so they can focus on what truly matters their people. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Partnership Business Developer to help us expand our partner ecosystem in the UK&ROW market and take Factorial to the next level.

The Role:

• Identify, qualify, and engage new partner opportunities.

• Create and execute innovative prospecting strategies to boost lead generation.

• Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to design and deliver winning approaches.

• Connect with prospects through calls, emails, social media, and networking, building strong relationships at all levels, including C-level.
  

You're a great fit if you: 🧠

• You’re a an expert in spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus!

• You’re a junior profile or have an initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Management.

• You’re not afraid of the phone, in fact, you thrive on conversations and building connections.

• You love meeting new people and have excellent communication skills, especially with high-level stakeholders.

• You’re motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

• You want to grow your career in the tech & SaaS industry and make an impact within a dynamic, innovative team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Loom

• Familiarity with SaaS or digital environments.

• Understanding of outbound sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
