Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end event management including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences - from venue selection and budget planning to day-of execution and post-event analysis
• Manage post-event processes including stakeholder reporting, attendee follow-up, and metrics analysis
• Coordinate events and collaborating with internal staff, space vendors and partners
• Growth marketing and partnering with Keys marketing team to create compelling event promotion campaigns and maintain brand consistency
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale event impact and reach through process improvements and innovation
• Research and implement emerging event technologies and industry best practices
• Provide direct product feedback to improve Key's platform experience

Requirements

• Based in Singapore
• Experience in community/event management and production
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with expertise in real-time issue resolution
• Excellence in cross-functional leadership and relationship building
• Forward-thinking approach to event innovation and cultural relevance
• Flexibility to manage time-sensitive needs outside standard hours
• Expert in Google Workspace; Adobe Creative Suite/Figma; Slack Instagram; Tiktok experience valuable
• Deep resonance with Key's mission and enthusiasm for brand advocacy
