- Onboarding new partners by setting up profiles, users, products, and payment options in our systems.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and supporting partner bonus and invoice-related processes.
- Preparing and drafting cooperation agreements and other partner documentation.
- Supporting partners with product and process-related questions and providing training when needed.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring accurate product and process information is shared.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- 1-2 years of relevant previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Support Specialist/Assistant, Insurance Assistant, or related position).
- Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks and priorities at once.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to partners and colleagues.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken Estonian & English.
What you’ll get in return
- A competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
- Wellbeing support through sports compensation or additional health insurance to help you stay active and healthy.
- Extra vacation days after your third year, giving you more time to rest and recharge.
- A 6-week paid sabbatical after four years, recognising strong performance and long-term contribution.
- A dynamic and inspiring work environment where you’re encouraged to grow and take ownership of your work.
- Flexibility through a hybrid and autonomous way of working, built on trust and accountability.
- The opportunity to collaborate with talented international colleagues across multiple markets.
- Regular team events and additional perks that make work more enjoyable and help celebrate successes together.
