Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Success Specialist to serve as a key liaison between our Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) and partner accounts. This role will be the primary point of contact for our Partner Account and will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales growth by managing partner accounts, activities, facilitating internal processes, and deepening customer relationships.

JOB DUTIES:

  1. Account Management & Sales Support
  2. Serve as the primary support for Outside Sales Reps, addressing high-level customer inquiries and assisting in account management to maximize revenue & gross margin on assigned book of business.
  3. Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and business reviews to support the sales process.
  4. Conduct customer research to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and account growth (eg cross sell, margin expansion, revenue growth)
  5. Sales Operations Excellence
  6. Manage Salesforce data, including account updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support sales representatives.
  7. Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  8. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  9. Customer Success & Retention
  10. Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers & suppliers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  11. Adapt day-to-day activities to meet the unique needs of customers.
  12. Team Collaboration & Coordination
  13. Partner closely with sales reps and other sales roles, including EB Sales Engineers and store counter sales teams, to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  14. Facilitate effective handoffs and communication between teams to maintain account continuity and satisfaction.
  15. Assist with scheduling and coordinating partner meetings with outside sales representatives.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service, preferably in distribution or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with a distributor-based sales model a plus
