Job Description

This is an IC5 role within the Oracle Health organization which will drive customer success outcomes enabled by Oracle Health platforms as implemented by Oracle System Integrator Partners. The Partner Success Managers [PSM] investigate, analyze, supervise, lead, and provide quality control oversight of Oracle Systems Integrator Partner delivery to customers. The PSM will become familiar with partner go-to-market and service-delivery strategies that are across all of the Oracle Health offerings. While the job includes components of traditional PMO responsibilities, most of the work is a direct focus on building the quality of our partners’ customer deliveries of Oracle Health platforms.

Note: This is NOT a sales job. This is a post-sales role, guiding and improving the partner in their post-sale implementation of Oracle products. Product implementation experience is required.

PSMs will build and maintain a long-term partnership with specific Oracle partners to ensure they can successfully implement Oracle Health platforms for customers. Responsible for creating, nurturing, and maintaining a high level of collaboration and cooperation with Oracle partners in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

PSM work is non-routine and often very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in areas of various industry specializations. Seven to Ten+ years of professional experience recommended. Demonstrated experience in software implementation, professional services delivery, or partner/client-facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems and industry experience is desired.

Key responsibilities

The Partner Success Manager will investigate, analyze, supervise, lead, and provide quality control oversight of Oracle Systems Integrator Partner delivery to customers. You will become familiar with partner go-to-market and service-delivery strategies that are across all of Oracle’s cloud tech offerings. While the job includes components of traditional PMO responsibilities, most of the work is a direct focus on building the quality of our partners’ customer deliveries of Oracle products.

Able to work North America business hours.

This role will be accountable for:

Global ownership, development, measuring and leading Oracle’s partner implementation and service-delivery strategies for Oracle Health platforms.

Supervise and measure the health of Oracle’s partner applications relationship through metrics, governances and dashboards that report on implementation success, project health, consulting team preparation, strategic investment in their Oracle service-delivery practice, partner solutions/initiatives, account planning outcomes, and joint investments.

Use operational data and a global strategy to drive favorable partner behavior intentionally and proactively.

Work closely and influence Oracle Health leaders in product development, sales, marketing, alliances, business development and other business partners.

Reporting and presenting on business planning and business reviews, supporting leadership meetings, promoting business development including review of new investments, working on strategic operational initiatives, account alignment/follow through, etc.

Use the partner relevant experience to ensure customer success while implementing Oracle Health solutions.

Set unified governance for leading and measuring customer success associated with partner strategy.

Identify steering committee (participants, roles, responsibilities).

Defining metrics.

Build and lead operational cadence with updates.

Align with multiple Oracle Lines of Business on various partner strategies.

Implement and report in alignment with Field Sales, A&C, GBU, Development and Marketing.
