Build strong and lasting relationships with distributors and installers across Slovenia and the Balkans
Support distribution partners during customer visits and sales opportunities
Execute training programs for installers and distributors on Sungrow solutions and value proposition
Participate in creating and integrating sales and marketing plans for new business initiatives
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring challenges are resolved promptly
Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads
Your profile
Sounds good? To make sure you feel comfortable and successful in this role, it would be great if you bring:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or comparable technical/business studies
Around 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
Strong communication and commercial skills, with a proactive “Yes, we can” attitude
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Language skills: Slovenian and English C1; Serbian/Croatian is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
Willingness to travel regularly; otherwise home-office based
