π What Youβll Be Doing
πΉ Champion Partner Success β Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating partner needs and proactively driving satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
πΉ Drive Strategic Outcomes β Guide partners to maximise the value of Pax8 through tailored insights, best practices, and enablement
πΉ Lead Through Collaboration β Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Operations, and Vendor teams to deliver seamless outcomes
πΉ Own Complex Challenges β Identify risk signals early and coordinate swift resolution of escalations and operational challenges
πΉ Support Major Initiatives β Play a key role in onboarding, migration, and strategic programmes for high-value partners
πΉ Leverage Data & Insights β Use partner health metrics to prioritise actions, improve engagement, and inform business strategy

β What Youβll Bring
βοΈ Proven experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management or similar customer-facing roles
βοΈ Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
βοΈ Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity with confidence
βοΈ Experience working within SaaS, cloud, channel or MSP ecosystems
βοΈ Data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into action and measurable outcomes
βοΈ A proactive, partner-first approach with strong communication and ownership

π Background Checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
