What You Will Do
- Onboard new recruiting partners, guiding them through setup and best practices to drive engagement and results.
- Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing timely, solutions-oriented support.
- Monitor partner activity and performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes and deepen engagement.
- Develop and maintain resources and documentation that empower partners to maximize their platform usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to surface partner feedback and inform platform improvements.
- Identify at-risk partners and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Track and report on key success metrics, contributing to scalable operational processes within the partner program.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1 to 6 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage external partnerships or accounts end-to-end with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professional stakeholders confidently.
- Operationally minded, capable of managing multiple priorities while tracking performance data and executing processes consistently.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a fully remote work environment.
Preferred
- Experience within a marketplace, SaaS, or recruiting-adjacent platform.
- Familiarity with the recruiting industry, either as a recruiter or in a supporting role.
- Contributions to partner program development or onboarding processes are a plus.
- Exposure to CRM or customer success tools used for tracking partner health and engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
