About the Role
Provide best-in-class operations service platform for business partners
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Channel Heads on implementation and execution of the business plans and initiatives
Strengthening and maintaining a good relationship with respective partners and their key personals to drive and implement new initiatives
Experienced in managing high-net-worth new business and after-sales services.
Drive to provide quality case advisory service to accelerate closing of new business, POS and claims submission
Identify needs of selected business partners/ segments; design and provide customized operations support
Liaise, monitor and enhance service quality of AWSC(Wealth Select Centre) and other partner operations enquiry platform to fit the needs of business partners
Drive implementation and communication of operations guidelines for business partners to ensure regulatory and inhouse operations compliance
Identify improvement areas and drive implementation to ease operations processes for business partners
Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
Take up ad hoc projects and assignments
Drive people development and foster performance driven culture
Minimum Job Requirements:
University/College graduate with 10 years’ relevant working experiences with supervisory responsibilities
Strong organizing and management skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
Others:
You are required to obtain the Insurance Authority (IA) licenses for Paper 1 and Paper 3, while Paper 5 is preferred.
