Your Challenge:

The Partner Relationship Manager establishes effective relationships both within Wyre and with Wyre’s strategic partners, so they can support and contribute to the overall Wyre vision, values, strategic goals and objectives. As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and managing our partner ecosystem, both on performance and capacity. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, understanding their needs and objectives, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Your key roles & responsibilities as Partner Relationship Manager:

  • You build a good understanding of the partner’s context, organization and its people. By staying close to the partner, you create a view of the partner’s needs and challenges and spread this knowledge within the Wyre organization.​
  • You develop objectives and establish key performance indicators (e.g. partner satisfaction score, joint innovation initiatives) to reliably measure strategic partner performance.
  • You create a cross-domain view on the partner relationship based on business input, in terms of the business plan, financial and operational performance, capacity requirements, and identified innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.​
  • You schedule and prepare the external governance meetings on a tactical and strategic level and ensure necessary internal alignments upfront. You make sure to initiate and coordinate resulting actions with respective business owners.​
  • You establish and maintain strong relationships between key internal and external stakeholders, and uphold open lines with partners to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities to enhance the partner experience.
  • You work together with the leadership and operational teams to address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely matter. If needed, act as a moderator for conflict resolution.​
  • You support on the preparation of partner-wide events that are organized on an annual basis to celebrate partner performance, to network with new and potential future partners, and to capture innovation ideas.
  • You stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities​.
  • You guard the application of the partnership framework and contribute to fostering a partnership mindset within the organization​.
  • You act as mediator in case of capacity conflicts.

Our ideal Partner Relationship Manager:

  • You are a bridge builder and have the ability to truly understand the needs of the stakeholders within Wyre and the companies we partner with, and translate this into the right actions and operational structures, to ensure we build lasting business relationships...
  • You have proven experience in partner management and/or account management, with a minimum working experience of 8 years​. Keep in mind however that this is not a commercial role.
  • You maintain a helicopter view on the broader business environment and organization to set the strategic agenda towards partners cross-department​.
  • You preferably have broad and comprehensive technical and market experience in the field of telecom/network technology​.
  • You are a strong negotiator with the interpersonal skills needed to manage complex relations and influence key (senior) stakeholders​.
  • You communicate clearly with the ability to present ideas and information effectively in line with the target audience​.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a results-driven and analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • You work autonomously and connect the dots where needed​.
  • You are fluently Dutch and English speaking. Any additional languages are a plus.​
  • You acts at the experience level of a master's degree.
