• A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.

What you'll build

You will support trainees on their path to employment — from one-on-one career coaching to building partnerships with companies looking to hire.

1. Employment Support Coordination

• Track and update trainees’ employment status and related data
• Facilitate communication and feedback between partner companies and trainees
• Manage and maintain the employment website for trainees

1. Corporate Engagement & Partnership Development

• Promote and introduce training programs to potential employers
• Identify and establish new employment opportunities and partnerships

1. Trainee support & career coaching

• Provide one-on-one career consulting and tailored coaching sessions
• Assist with resume and cover letter reviews as well as interview preparation

1. Training Program Assistance

• Support the operation and administration of training programs
• Monitor trainees’ learning progress and participation

You will join CSS_APJ Korea — SAP's Customer Services & Support team for the Asia Pacific Japan region, based in Seoul.
