What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partner Relationship Manager IV within our Partner Sales division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business located in Nashville, TN area or Atlanta, GA offices. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic referral partner relationships that drive incremental revenue for Corpay. Responsibilities include owning partner relationships, strengthening referral programs, increasing lead flow, supporting sales alignment, managing partner performance, and identifying opportunities to expand partnership value.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure our referral partners are well-supported, our joint customers have a strong experience, and our partnerships continue to grow. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Referral Partnerships.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of strategic referral partner relationships.
  • Driving partner-sourced revenue through active relationship management, lead generation, and sales alignment.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner contacts across sales, leadership, marketing, technical, and operational teams.
  • Leading regular partner cadences, including pipeline reviews, business reviews, QBRs, and escalation meetings.
  • Monitoring partner performance, lead flow, opportunity conversion, closed-won results, revenue production, and overall partnership health.
  • Partnering with Sales to ensure referral leads are worked timely, accurately tracked in Salesforce, and properly attributed to the correct partner.
  • Maintaining strong CRM hygiene for partner leads, opportunities, contacts, activities, and reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve partner engagement, increase referrals, and expand joint customer adoption.
  • Partnering with Marketing to develop joint campaigns, partner communications, sales enablement materials, case studies, webinars, events, and other demand generation efforts.
  • Supporting partner training and education to ensure partner teams understand Corpay’s value proposition, referral process, and target customer profile.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partner questions, escalations, contract items, rebate questions, reporting needs, and general partnership support.
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve partner and customer issues, including implementation, integration, technical, operational, and payment-related concerns.
  • Supporting contract renewals, amendments, partner governance, and ongoing program optimization.
  • Providing management with regular updates on partner performance, pipeline, risks, opportunities, and key initiatives.
  • Staying informed on changes within the corporate payments space, Corpay’s product offerings, and partner industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Corporate payments, partner management, relationship management, or sales experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of client management, partner management, sales, or relationship management experience handling complex relationships.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and working with senior-level partner contacts, including executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive results against revenue goals, partner performance targets, and business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of referral partner programs, partner sales motions, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional follow-through, and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Travel required approximately 25%.
