Position Purpose:
The Partner Relations Regional Minister will primarily be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with top/elite partners and donors of Andrew Wommack Ministries within a given area. You must have a heart to minister to Partners and Supporters as and when required. You will be a self-starter, be able to work independently but also as a team member, with a high level of self-autonomy plus oversight from the Partner Relations Development Supervisor and Partner Relations Manager. A willingness to travel to major away events and other specific geographical areas is essential. Within this position, you will be attending home events and other partner-related areas as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for growing, establishing, developing, and cultivating relationships with Partners and Supporters of Andrew Wommack Ministries through specific visits, phone calls, cards, emails, Zoom or other video calls, sending gifts, and other forms of communication as required.
- - Able to meet goals for partner and supporter contact and engagement.
- Oversee major Partner events, plus coordination and other events as necessary.
- Create processes and systems for major donor gifts and communication levels based on geographical areas.
- Demonstrate a heart of God’s love through ministry, thankfulness, appreciation, and encouragement for all the people highlighted above.
- Operate with a strong knowledge of AWM’s vision, mission, and business practices.
- Present ministry projects to Partners and Supporters.
- To minister and encourage the Partners and Supporters of the ministry.
- Keep all records of expenses for the correct reporting procedures set by AWM.
- To be able to work independently but interact as a part of a larger team.
- Be familiar with all AWM teaching resources to recommend to them all as needed.
- Be present for Team and Ministry Staff meetings.
- Identify new and potential growth with Partners and Supporters.
- To support other Regional Ministers in daily admin support/duties when they travel.
- Manage plus update Donor Direct databases (Studio Online and CRM) on a consistent basis.
- Attend and support regional and major national meetings, assist with setup/tear down, as well as any other assignments needed prior, during, or after these events.
- Be a leader and mentor to other members of the Partner Relations Team.
- Take on further training as and when required by AWM.
- Initial Training provided.
- Perform other duties as required by the Development Supervisor and/or Manager.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to deal with highly confidential information with proper security and discretion.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and possess an attitude of excellence.
- Great organizational planning and time management skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to make sound judgments.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to interact, demonstrate sensitivity to, and show respect toward a diverse group of people at all levels.
- Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
- To be able to minister from a heart of God’s love and be guided by the Holy Spirit.
- Able to engage with and be a team player within the entire Partner Relations Team.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign Statement of Faith.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education is required. A BA/BS College Degree preferred.
- A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
Experience:
- Business experience is preferred.
- One-on-one prayer ministry experience is preferred.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
