A healthcare company in Brooklyn is hiring a Partner Relations & Outreach Coordinator to manage the referral partner relationship from the first call through onboarding. The job means running presentation calls that walk new partners through why sending referrals is worth it, then showing up at conferences to bring in more. Good fit for someone who's naturally outgoing, likes being the person partners call, and doesn't drop the small stuff.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Building

• Serve as the main point of contact for new referral partners
• Build warm, ongoing relationships that keep partners engaged

Onboarding & Presentations

• Lead onboarding calls for new referral partners
• Run presentation calls explaining the value of sending referrals

Conference & Outreach

• Attend conferences to represent the organization and build new partner connections
