The Partner Recruiting Manager is a key member of the firm’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team, responsible for managing significant lateral partner recruiting initiatives, primarily for the New York office and other locations as assigned. Collaborating closely with the Director of Partner Recruiting and Integration, fellow team members, and firm leaders, the Manager drives targeted search assignments, leverages market intelligence, and partners with recruiting agencies to attract top talent. The Manager also oversees candidate due diligence, coordinates stakeholder communications, and works cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.

Qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.
Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with prior experience in attorney recruiting, lateral partner recruiting strongly preferred.

The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.New York Salary Range $140,000—$180,000 USD
