Partner Recruiting Assistant

(Full-time, Remote)

This role is open to candidates in the United States who reside near one of our office locations.

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Partner Recruiting Assistant to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming lateral candidate submissions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the recruiting database (viRecruit).
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for candidate interviews, callbacks, and travel.
  • Prepare interview evaluation packets and candidate materials.
  • Solicit and follow up with attorneys to collect lateral candidate interview evaluations and feedback.
  • Distribute resumes and candidate materials to Partner Recruiting Team members.
  • Assist with the coordination of partner strategic growth initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing standard reports and responding to ad hoc data requests and surveys.
  • Support new hire paperwork and onboarding efforts for partner hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One or more years of administrative, coordination, or recruiting-support experience; law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., viRecruit) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with both the FCO and the California Fair Chance Act (FCA).
