About the role

The Partner Alliance Associate will report to the VP, Technology Sourcing Operations and will be responsible for supporting business-to-business relationships with key partners and vendors. This individual will assist Partner Alliance Managers and team to forecast and review rebates, facilitate OEM contract changes, and track, manage and monitor partner required certifications to successful completion.

Annual compensation: $90K CAD

What you'll be doing

• Work with partners to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
• Support relationship with partner(s) and Computacenter Canada to build the brand and the business.
• Support holistic efforts to achieve and maintain Certification and Partner requirements, ensuring we maintain desired tier status across our partner ecosystem.
• Organization and follow up to maintain partner status and associated requirements is critical.
• Manage relationship and programs with OEM partners.
• Set up partner portal access, user credentials, and initial account configurations
• Maintain and improve profitability with assigned fulfillment partners.
• Seek opportunities to maximize front and back end process for partner specific items such as rebate programs, partner-specific solutions, and more.
• Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
• Review forecast for opportunity to negotiate additional discounts and programs.
• Forecast and track Partner Rebates.
• Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.
• Manage Tier 2 partners, their programs, engagement and any requirements for fulfillment and complete special projects, as assigned.
• Maintain quarterly updates to all partner-specific Program Guides
• Assure compliance with policies and procedures.

What you have

• 1-3+ years’ experience with a technology company in service delivery in the IT industry.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging environment.
• Experience of working with partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships, a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Contributes to the organizational vision and strategy, initiates and leads collaborative forums across the organization to create the foundation for achieving strategic goals
• Demonstrates understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs.
• Ability to develop strategy to implement lessons learned to future deals.
• Presentation skills.
• Able to drive continuous improvement through the creation of new metrics based on current performance.
