About the Role
Following our successful merger with PDT Solicitors, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial Partner to join our Horsham office to build on the existing client base and spearhead the growth of our Personal Tax and Succession practice across Sussex and Surrey. You will take the lead in building, recruiting, and mentoring a brand-new, high-performing team focused entirely on High-Net-Worth (HNW) private clients, entrepreneurs, and landed estates. Supported by our established regional offices, the goal is for you to develop a fully stand-alone, self-sufficient team in Horsham.
About you
This role requires a dynamic mix of deep technical expertise and a passion for business development. You will drive both internal and external networking to fully maximise the value and potential of our combined, expanded client base.
Hybrid working statement
You'll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office, though we know there is no one-size-fits-all and arrangements may vary from role to role. Our strong culture is founded on working together in the office, which we aim to maintain through our people being regularly co-located, working cohesively and in collaboration with one another.
