Partner Onboarding Specialist (all genders)

Deine Aufgaben:
Betreuung eines definierten Partnerportfolios inkl. Mineralölgesellschaften und Tankstellenpartnern: Neuanlagen, Stammdaten- und Konditionspflege, Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Partnern
Onboarding neuer Partner und Stationen sowie Pflege der Partnerdatenbank in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von Verträgen sowie Vertrags-
änderungen mit Partnern
Direkte Akquise, Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit neuen und bestehenden Partnern
Erstellung von Reports und Datenanalysen sowie Unterstützung
bei strategischen Projekten und Einkaufsstrategien
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Organisationsstärke sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Lösungsorientierte, positive und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr genaue Arbeitsweise, Präzision und fehlerfreies Arbeiten sind in dieser Position wichtig
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
