As Partner Marketing Strategist, you will lead the design and delivery of partner-led growth across Australia and New Zealand, within a broader APAC context.
You’ll work at the intersection of partnerships, data, and customer experience—translating market signals into targeted strategies, and strategies into high-impact campaigns. Working with global and regional stakeholders, you will help elevate partner marketing into a more connected, insight-led function.
You’ll develop and orchestrate marketing strategies that align partner ambition with business outcomes—identifying opportunities, refining segmentation, and building value propositions that resonate in a competitive landscape.
You’ll co-create integrated campaigns with key partners across digital, physical, and emerging channels. From concept to execution, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is purposeful, consistent, and aligned to both brand and regulatory expectations.
You’ll act as a trusted partner, building relationships that enable collaboration at pace. Internally, you’ll bring together cross-functional teams across sales, product, customer experience, and compliance to deliver cohesive and scalable marketing solutions.
You’ll continuously measure, interpret, and refine—using performance insights to optimise campaigns, enhance engagement, and improve return on investment. Your approach will be iterative, informed, and always evolving.
You’re a B2B marketer with over five years’ experience, ideally within a regulated environment, travel industry experienced is highly regarded.
You’re comfortable working across markets and cultures, navigating complexity while maintaining clarity of purpose. You think strategically, but act pragmatically—balancing long-term direction with hands-on delivery.
You bring a strong understanding of how data informs marketing decisions, and how segmentation, messaging, and channel selection work together to drive outcomes. You’re confident interpreting performance signals and translating them into action.
