Hello! Welcome to this challenge 👋🏽

At Factorial we are seeking a rockstar marketeer to own the Partners Demand Generation strategy of Factorial in Spain. The Partner team is growing and we need a person who wants to build the relationship with our partners by creating the right marketing strategies with them.

This position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the necessary skills to build the long-term vision for channel demand generation as well as the day-to-day operations of creating, updating and running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards demand KPIs.

This is a mid-level role with significant autonomy, ownership, and a direct impact on revenue.

What will you be doing 📋

- Own marketing plans with key partners in Spain, covering online/offline demand generation and brand awareness (e.g., events, webinars, promotions).

- Measure the performance of campaigns and projects through custom dashboards in the CRM, ensuring effective tracking of KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, lead conversion rate, and business opportunity generation.

- Working daily with the Partner AMs of the Channel team to jointly detect weaknesses and apply strategies to achieve the team's goals.

- Native-level of Spanish and excellent level of English.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A strong sense of ownership over your projects—ambitious, self-motivated, yet a team player with a positive, energetic mindset.

- Highly committed, organized, proactive problem solver with a passion for helping others.

- Dedicated to personal growth and eager to take on increasing responsibilities.

- Demonstrates strong collaboration, decision-making, and communication abilities.

- Understanding of sales goals and how to collaborate with sales to reach marketing goals

You have a plus if...

- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, easily adapting to new technologies and platforms to plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns

- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.

- Experience with collaborating with 2nd and 3rd parties

- Entrepreneur mindset - high energy and business hungry.
