The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of Saxbys' partner marketing strategy across content, conferences, campaigns, and top-of-funnel opportunity surfacing. This role owns the production system that sits beneath the strategy — a recurring monthly content calendar across three narrative motions, a full-year conference calendar, partner-facing collateral and campaigns, and reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline movement. Positioning, personas, and content strategy are established; this position translates that direction into published, on-brand work delivered on schedule, partnering closely with Partnership Leadership, who set strategy and voice, and using AI-supported workflows to accelerate research and first drafts. The Partner Marketing Manager is measured on consistent execution and shipping cadence rather than one-off campaigns.

Saxbys is a national education company – disguised as a coffee company – on a mission to Make Life Better by supporting and empowering the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs through experiential learning.
Through the Experiential Learning Platform, Saxbys builds educational partnerships to launch on-campus cafes designed for and led by students. Saxbys E.L.P. cafes provide exceptional, paid, experiential learning opportunities for all students, regardless of major or desired career path. At Saxbys, students develop transferable, industry-agnostic power skills and real, tangible stories of leadership, supercharging their entry into the workforce after graduation. The Saxbys E.L.P. pushes learning beyond the classroom to drive impact outcomes that align with and enhance our education partners’ strategic priorities related to enrollment, retention, belonging, graduation, and career outcomes.
