The Role
This is a relationship-first, commercially minded role with genuine global reach. As Partner Marketing Executive you will be the dedicated point of contact for Presidio's most important OEM partners — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Apple — across four geographies: the United States, India, Singapore, and Europe. You will build the co-marketing programmes, manage the MDF funds, and deliver the joint campaigns that make Presidio the partner of choice for enterprise EUC and IT procurement.

Responsibilities Include:

OEM Partner Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Apple across US, India, Singapore, and Europe
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with each OEM partner marketing team — attending regular syncs and keeping Presidio front-of-mind for co-investment
• Develop and own the annual joint GTM plan with each OEM partner — aligning on campaign themes, co-branded assets, and event co-sponsorship
• Identify new co-marketing and co-investment opportunities across geographies and product lines

Market Development Funds (MDF) Management

• Own the MDF process end-to-end across all OEM partners — applications, approvals, activity compliance, claims, and reconciliation
• Build and maintain the MDF tracking log — committed, approved, and claimed by partner, by campaign, and by quarter
• Ensure all MDF-funded activity is executed and claimed within OEM partner deadlines
• Target: recover €15,000+ in MDF within 90 days of the Q3 2026 launch

Co-Marketing Programme Execution

• Develop co-branded campaign assets and content in partnership with the Content Manager and creative agencies
• Manage the co-branded asset approval process with each OEM partner — coordinating reviews and sign-offs within agreed SLAs
• Coordinate joint events, co-sponsored roundtables, and trade show appearances with OEM partners
• Report on partner marketing contribution — pipeline attributed to co-marketing activity, MDF ROI, and joint campaign performance

Geographic Coverage

• Manage partner relationships and co-marketing activity across the US, India, Singapore, and Europe simultaneously
• Coordinate with regional sales and business development teams to align partner marketing to local pipeline priorities
• Travel regularly to partner events, OEM summits, and Presidio office locations across geographies

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• 3+ years of partner marketing, channel marketing, or OEM co-marketing experience in a technology environment
• Experience managing MDF funds — applications, compliance, and claims — for at least one major OEM (Dell, HP, Microsoft, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, or equivalent)
• Strong relationship management skills — you build trust with external partners quickly and maintain it through consistent follow-through
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and campaigns across geographies simultaneously
• Commercially minded — you track partner pipeline contribution and MDF ROI as standard
