Hello!

At Factorial, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us turn our Partners into real growth engines in the German market.

You’ll join the team responsible for building Factorial’s partner-generated pipeline across the DACH region, working hand-in-hand with a portfolio of strategic partners to unlock new business opportunities, accelerate revenue and build repeatable growth.

This is not a role where you simply execute or plan Marketing campaigns. You’ll own the Generation Plan of your partners: understanding where the opportunity is, finding the gaps in the funnel, building the right GTM plays and making sure those initiatives translate into pipeline and revenue.

You’ll work at the intersection of Demand Generation, Marketing , Sales & Partnerships, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. One day you might be designing a joint GTM plan with a strategic partner; the next, analysing pipeline performance, launching an outbound play or testing a new AI-powered growth initiative.

What will you be doing? 📋

• Own the pipeline generation strategy of partners in Germany, turning shared business goals into concrete growth plans, priorities and revenue opportunities.
• Build joint GTM strategies with partners across the full demand generation mix — events, webinars, campaigns, outbound plays, co-marketing, partner enablement and new growth experiments.
• Turn data into action. Analyse funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline creation, influenced revenue and ROI to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where to double down.
• Create repeatable growth playbooks that can scale across partners, while adapting the strategy to each partner’s business, audience and maturity.
• Experiment constantly. Test new channels, messages, campaigns, formats and ways of working to find new sources of qualified pipeline.
• Leverage AI and technology to move faster, from campaign and content creation to research, prospecting, analysis, automation and GTM execution.
• Build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and create alignment around shared priorities and execution plans.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams to make sure partner initiatives are connected to the wider Factorial GTM strategy.
• Own the number. Be accountable for the pipeline generation performance of your partner portfolio and continuously look for ways to increase its impact.

Your Profile ✨

• Native-level German and excellent English.
• You have a strong commercial and business mindset. You understand that great marketing is ultimately about creating pipeline and revenue, not just activity.
• You have 2-5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or another revenue-focused role.
• You’re comfortable owning a number and using data to understand performance, make decisions and prioritise where to invest your time.
• You’re a strategic thinker who loves execution. You can zoom out to define a GTM strategy and zoom in to launch the campaign yourself.
• You’re highly autonomous and proactive. You don’t wait for a playbook — you identify the problem, propose a solution and make it happen.
• You’re a strong stakeholder manager and communicator. You know how to build trust, influence partners and internal teams, challenge ideas and get people moving in the same direction.
• You’re data-driven and analytical, with the ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes.
• You have a builder mentality and enjoy working in environments where there’s still a lot to figure out, improve and build.
• You have a strong bias for action and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth environment.
• Experience working with strategic partners, channel sales or partner-led growth.
• Experience building co-marketing, co-selling or joint GTM initiatives with partners.
• You’re tech-savvy and AI-native. You’re constantly looking for new tools and ways of working that can make GTM execution faster, smarter and more scalable.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and get genuinely excited about building something from scratch.
