Siemens Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Partner Manager to join our Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit.
This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to make your mark and play a key role in shaping how Siemens works with its partner network across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative and supportive team where your ideas, relationships and commercial expertise can directly influence business growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Products and Channel Partners Segment Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing Siemens’ Electrification & Automation portfolio through our partner network across Australia and New Zealand.
As this is a newly created role, you’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape how we work with our partners and build a strategy that delivers long-term growth. You’ll be trusted to bring your own ideas, build strong relationships and find new ways to help our partners succeed.
You’ll work closely with a talented team across sales, product, marketing and technical functions. Together, you’ll help our partners expand their customer reach and bring Siemens’ market-leading solutions to more businesses.
It’s a role with plenty of variety and visibility, where you can make a real impact. You’ll have the support of a high-performing and collaborative team, while also having the flexibility and autonomy to make the role your own.
