Join MGC's Litigation Team in Boston, MA!

MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney (Partner Level or Senior Associate) to join our Litigation team in Boston. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.

Ideal candidates will have a well-developed and portable insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or general litigation practice in Massachusetts. Admission to practice in other New England states is also a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 – 250,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
