General Liability Partner out of our New York City OfficeKelley Kronenberg is actively seeking a driven and experienced Partner to join its New York office, focusing on General Liability litigation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a litigation attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to take ownership of a robust caseload while contributing to strategic client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in liability defense, sound litigation judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex matters from inception through resolution.
Independently manage a high-volume caseload of general liability matters, including complex litigation files
Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Provide proactive, high-level client communication and reporting
Collaborate with partners and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality legal service delivery
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as appropriate
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in general liability or related civil litigation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the New York State Bar (required)
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
Base Salary: $190,000 – $225,000
Eligibility for performance-based annual bonus
