The Partner Enablement Manager will support the execution of partner enablement initiatives for the channel sales organization. This role focuses on implementing enablement programs, leveraging AI-driven tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner sales capabilities, improve execution quality, and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of partner sales enablement strategies and assist in maintaining performance tracking frameworks across coverage, execution, conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Assist in implementing pilot programs and contribute to continuous improvement cycles by tracking results and providing feedback for optimization.
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of AI-powered sales enablement tools, including AI coaching, quality assessment, and knowledge systems.
- Support the utilization of data and AI tools to generate insights that enhance sales effectiveness and partner performance.
- Coordinate and deliver structured enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, and learning activities to improve partner engagement and execution capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Data, Product, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of enablement initiatives.
